Work environment is very hostile and unstable. One day you can be doing the right things and the next you are getting literally yelled at for making a mistake. Mistakes are made in the first place because there is no formal training. You are trained by the person above you and if they don't like you for any reason you have no chance. It is only a matter of time before you are let go. Lots of office gossip and inappropriate friendships between upper management and employees. Lots of finger pointing when it comes to who is to blame for mistakes. Pay is incredibly low.

Management is racist, sexist. You try telling HR, guess who is fired the next day No support from management. Change the policies all the time but never update their handbook Corp people treat you like dirt and ignore you
