      Pros

      Competitive salary, good benefits, flexibility in working hours.

      Cons

      Some business segments are better than others, but on average leadership does not foster a collaborative workplace and is very 'top-down' with respect to technical decision making. Some leaders are bullies, and there is no accountability from leadership or from HR to resolve issues like bullying.

      SaaS everything to a fault, decent if you get the right boss

      Pros

      Lots of talent and good ideas. Direct manager if you get the right one was exceptional

      Cons

      Large RSU bonus only to rug pull when lay offs hit. Great annual review does not equal job stability. politically motivated targeted lay offs. Will hire people (months long courting and onboarding) only to lay off when bad quarter hits. Toxic senior leadership that doesn't know what kinda company they want to be.
