They hire good people and let them do their job.

Cons

It's a tough time for radio. Based on that, financial advancement is based on taking on more work and not cost of living.

So-So Work Environment. It Could Use Some Improvement, But It Did Have Some Perks To It.

The work schedule is flexible, depending on who is in charge.

Cons

Corporate is virtually hard to reach, the salary pay is considerably lower compared to other radio stations/agencies across the country, and sexual harassment has seemingly been tolerated and allowed by management, at least in the office that I worked in.

The staff is amazing to work with. There’s a lot of freedom that comes along with a sales job in advertising!

Cons

Communication between sales administration and corporate is lacking.
