Communication across departments is broken, there is no appetite for change, and they consistently question why outcomes aren't different by approaching issues the same way over and over again.
Atmosphere is great, heavy emphasis on the fact that "we make fun." Free arcade, decent compensation.

No 401k match, pretty old fashioned in that the "old boys club" of pinball gets a ton of preferential treatment. Both the product development and manufacturing side are under a lot of pressure to produce as many games as possible as cheaply as possible which is a big hit to quality.
