      Good people, caring top management, fundamentally good product. High level of Automation for production and data colllection Good quality systems including people training

      Cons

      Desperate to get the right people employed in Mississippi Had to import a lot of competent engineering due to local shortage Some "bad apples" needed to be culled from the team near the end
