      Loads of overtime to slog your life away if that’s what you are looking for; money

      Cons

      Poor management skills from the higher ups Bad work-life balance, indirectly forced to overtime, deem poor performer if do not comply. People working out of fear of the management; using authority/threats to suppress people, unable fully express one’s strength Management words are at times demeaning which is extremely unprofessional

      How good you are at work,no recognition due to favourtism…their work culture,never meet their expectation you are the black sheep, toxic workplace… even taking leave have issues due to always short of manpower
