Pros
-The best culture I've ever been a part of. Work-life balance is a real emphasis, it's not just given lip service. -Management is very receptive to feedback. Senior management always makes time to sit down for a discussion. -At an entry level position, I was given much more responsibility than I would have had at other agencies. I was consistently working side by side with employees from all departments on a number of exciting creative projects. -The talent working at SA is top-notch. Campaigns are creative and teams are well managed due to a great organizational structure. Challenging and fast paced. -Competitive pay and benefits
Cons
-StoneArch is a smaller agency. For some, this is a negative. For me, it was the opposite.
