Cons
Depending on the person, many of the cons can be viewed as pros. As a small startup, you are forced to be scrappy and a self starter. You will have to wear many hats and master a "get things done" attitude. It's an incredible opportunity for those hungry for a small stage startup environment where they can have an impact from day one, but could be daunting if you're looking for more structure.
