Pros
This is a place where your opinions matter. People here really listen and take action (all the way to the very top). A nimble organization that is able to thrive in these uncertain times because everyone believes in what he / she is doing. Very good work culture. Autonomy is given and there is an element of trust that staff do things for the collective benefit of the company.
Cons
Not much really. One minor point is you don't get the perks of a big MNC but then again, you're not faced with the challenge of steering a massive ship.
