      One of the worst companies i've worked until now

      Pros

      Salary is reasonable, not the best in the industry but it keep us motivated.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies i've worked until now, they pay well but the challenges are all the same, and it's very boring to work there.

      Pros

      Flexibles schedules, nice environment and great mates.

      Cons

      No technical direction makes teams to lose a lot of time. It´s a pity that having the best ITs of Spain, with a clear direction, we could have built something really spectacular.

      Learned a lot, but faced some startup problems

      Pros

      - Amazing and out of the market schedule - Very talented tech people - Remote working possibilities - Super cool environment with nice colleagues - Quite good salary - Various details with employees: great Christmas party, Christmas presents, games competitions after releases, invitations to Big Data Spain, football team, meetups...

      Cons

      - Bad communication with the office if you do not own a car (only Cercanias and inter-urban buses) - Sales Department sales products (or increments) that don't exist in the company and the product team is asked to have all finished within a date. - Waterfall processes hidden behind an Agile-company slogan - Very poor quality assurance - More attention into "having the thing done so we can show to clients" than having a solid, secure and quality proven product.
