Flexible work policy which allows you to work remotely based on the demands of your role. Good salary benchmarked against the market.
Cons
Management communication with employees is very poor. The brand I was working with suddenly went bankrupt and there was very little communication from management regarding this. The process took about 3 months with my team worrying about their salaries and what was going on.
