Pros

There may be a few minor positives, but nothing that makes up for the constant problems and frustration of working here.

Cons

- Management and leadership are completely incompetent - Constant npoor decision making without accountability - Refusal to take responsibility for mistake - Lack of planning, with only reactive decision making - Employees are blamed for errors caused by leadership - Work environment made unbearable by arrogance and ineffectiveness

Pros

There is a high degree of independent work, mostly out of necessity. And the lunches are nice.

Cons

The engineering team simply does not communicate, creating an incredibly isolated and disjointed environment. This lack of alignment is clearly visible by the fact that the company lacks clear objectives; priorities change and the team is often left scrambling without a unified direction. Instead of fixing the root cause and fostering an actual culture of collaboration, leadership simply expects you to overwork to compensate for their disjointed processes. Whenever you raise valid complaints about this lack of structure, management’s only response is to dismiss the issue with the excuse, "we are a startup."

Toxic environment

Pros

Overall a solid product with interesting ideas and a clear direction.

Cons

Toxic work environment largely driven by leadership, expecting unpaid overtime. Lack of consistency in company policies, previously promoted a WFH culture but required an abrupt return to office without prior discussion. Limited transparency and communication from leadership on important decisions. Work-life balance is not respected as well as employees in general.
