Pros
-If you don't have a degree in CS or Engineering, this is a good place to learn hardware, software, and a little networking. -If you are in sales, you are set for life. -100% employer paid health insurance (worker only). Great if you're single. -Some cross-training possible
Cons
-Executive management is a joke. -Salesmen get above-market-rate commission and a very generous base salary, which are paid for on the backs of support, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing. -Very little time off -Lots of unpaid work -Nearly zero chance of promotion -Very low wages, especially compared to all the other tech work nearby -No thanks or feedback from CEO or dept heads (unless you're in sales) -Lots of gossip, backbiting, and scapegoating

Pros
Flexible work schedule and some great people that were hired on within the last year. There are many more cons that pros with this company.
Cons
They have unethical practices and the management is very dysfunctional. If you want to be micro-managed by the office manager who questions every move in the company, this is the place for you.
