-Salesmen get above-market-rate commission and a very generous base salary, which are paid for on the backs of support, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing.
-Very little time off
-Lots of unpaid work
-Nearly zero chance of promotion
-Very low wages, especially compared to all the other tech work nearby
-No thanks or feedback from CEO or dept heads (unless you're in sales)
-Lots of gossip, backbiting, and scapegoating
