Pros
They offered a great benefits and 401k package and you get to work for a brand and company that you can support what they stand for
Cons
Technology is behind and there is rarely any room for adavancement as people never leave/retire or get fired even if it's warranted and they do not often create new positions/roles even when they are needed for 10+ years. Certain people are overworked while others are allowed to be lazy and incompetent
