Pros

Lovely coworkers who are a joy to work with. Pay is slightly more than minimum wage. Will hire pretty much anyone, previous experience not needed.

Cons

Stria likes to act like they're some big, confidential government workplace. They're not. I worked for the state government prior to Stria and the state was much less anal. As a Document Prep Specialist at Stria, we work in an old warehouse building, at night (I work nights, there's also a day shift), taking apart paperwork atop fold-out tables using office supplies that are less than perfect. We don't have access to the supply storage closet, so often we have to wait just to get a restock of tape or sticky notes. These supplies are also shared and must be checked out every day. Stria requires relatively no prior experience to get hired. Many of my coworkers came from the fast food industry or had no prior jobs. The reason this is a Con is because anyone who has years of experience in this exact work field will still start at the bottom along with everyone else and may never work up from there. It's strange to have more experience in the field than your own supervisor. The worst part of all, and I've had this happen firsthand as well as researched and found that this has been happening for at least a year prior, are 'blackout days'. The way Stria works is they get contracts to do paperwork from various companies. There may be a set number of boxes (files) to be done by a set date, but once they are done there may not be enough work for all the workers. This is a constant issue with Stria. I know coworkers who have been there 2-3 months and have already had 5 of these days. They also do not hire anyone full time anymore, only 3 days a week, so not being able to work one of those days can be detrimental to someone. Stria also just did a massive hire spree (42 new part-time workers), even when these blackout days were happening. Overall this is a good place to work only temporary. If you get hired on here, keep looking for different work.

Pros

Stria had a clean working environment, and some great people to work with.

Cons

Though there were some great people, the few bad ones truly bring down the company. Pay is (for the most part) minimum wage for the majority. Many people I know worked there for years with no raise. May have changed since I have worked there.

Pros

Stria is somewhat pretty flexible with your schedule. The work here is soooo easy.

Cons

The pay is horrendous. It's minimum wage. They ask you to do 20 tasks while severely underpaying you. I asked for a raise and they tried and hyped up how huge of a raise it was ($1.25) while literally two months later minimum wage went to $14 (which the amt I was raised to).
