Pros

- Can't say its a advantage but at least the final working hours are 9am to 9pm Schedule, that can be selected (In theory) changing every 3 months. - Training charge is low in comparison with other companies (Buy salary aswell...) - Interview girl tried her best to explain to you the stuff, even if her english wasn't the best. - Fully remote job, no country limitation. - Not required call for customer service, just email, and some simple translations.

Cons

- External company with old minset trying to put Europeans into draconian working hours. - Trainings on Philippines hours, so a month or more of: 3am to 11am on First training section. 2am to 10am on Second training section. 10pm 6am on Third training section. - 6$/H full time... alerting you that Paypal will take comission on your salary. - Overtime will be paid same... - You need to be ready to reply emails before 16h...on your days off, getting paid a small amount to be worry the days off. - Manager getting later on call without saying hello trying to diminish the importance of the extra overtime payment.

Pros

some friendly some not friendly interviewer

Cons

Not helping. Expect the new trainee to be the best on FISRST DAY without teaching you at all. Confusing questions. Unpaid training if you failed on day one. I dont know if you passed the day one, because they didn't ask your details paypal account before you start your training. They want you to work independently.
