New leadership since about 2022 not the best. When they first came in they made managers fire and move people in positions where they had people they knew from previous company, that they wanted to bring over with them. New leadership started to work with a consulting company which over time was learned, was owned by the new leadership. People in that consulting company where then given high level position within Strive....While not illegal, not great for existing people.

"Coahing someone putting the on probation and still said that I was being let go on my 90 day competency review. The reason, I am still a little confused about this as well . I feel like they bit off a little more than chew for the glamorous presidential trip. I was let go rightbefre the quarterly bonus, with 38 hours of PTO and i gave my idea for their idea share program. If they use your idea your supposed to get 250. That is something I did right before my head rolled.
