      No pros to at all.

      Cons

      The owner/CEO and president is not a good person to work for. Stay away from this company at all costs. Fraud being committed and very high turnover rate with new sales reps every year. Withholding pay and commission is not a professional way to run a company.

      Monday to Friday day shift. Cool space/environment

      Cons

      Like any sales company, sales guys were a joke and would miss their appointments. Customers would call to complain. Owner is an interesting guy, very loud. Not very organized.

      Pros

      None do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

      Cons

      Owner is basically a con artist that paints a picture about how you can earn a great deal of commission. Problem is they have a pay structure which is probably illegal. If you do not make 75% of an arbitrary goal set by the owner they do not pay you anything. Also there is very high turnover for sales and office staff.
