I love that the company empowers us with the autonomy to excel and bring our best professional selves to every project. Leadership doesn’t just set the vision—they live it. They genuinely appreciate every effort, big or small, making this a place where you feel valued every day.

      There aren't cons so much as the realities of working in a fast-paced, small company with aggressive growth goals. Every team member wears multiple hats, and there is a lot to do. This environment and work culture may not suit everyone.
