Pros
In the past couple of years, Strongarm has grown from only a few people to having a solid team of about 15. With such a small team, everyone plays a big role in the growth of the company, and that alone is rewarding.
Cons
As a start-up, the company seems to change directions quite often. (Not the worst thing in the world though - this is expected of a growing company!)
