Pros

1) Salary is credited on time. Extra pay for extra work in peak seasons. 2) Coworkers are helpful and good. 3) WFH facilities.

Cons

1) HR is unhelpful. Will say that they'll resolve your issues but won't do anything. 2) Sick leave policy is terrible. They make sick employees do WFH instead of giving them off days. They often turn sick leave into non paid leaves by some excuse to deduct salary. 3) No standardisation of writing process. Each team leader has their own rules of completing the same task. 4) Jobs are not allocated according to employee capabilities. They make employees with English degrees do medical jobs while employees with social science degrees are forced to do business/management jobs. 5) Promotions and increments are rare.

Absolutely abusive.

Pros

Travel, Housing provided, working with a team

Cons

An absolutely abusive and manipulative company. You are never off the clock. You are on the job at all times. Pay is less than $2 an hour for very hard work. Terrible to disabled workers.
