      Pros

      You learn a lot about online marketing and get good experience, depending on what you're looking to do.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional, deceitfulness to get clients and traffic to sites, little to no benefits and no rewards for employees. Ideas are often shot down due to micromanagement. Very awkward and tense work environment.

      Pros

      If you're fresh out of college and still really confused as to what you want to do professionally, this could be a good place to figure that out.

      Cons

      The CEO acts like a child and is a complete drama queen. If you feel okay with the idea that your CEO can talk down about you and insult you in front of everyone, this is the place you can all home. There aren't any real benefits, nothing you can really get on paper at least and the CEO just wants to pocket everything.

      Small, have a lot of responsibilities, able to interact with all parts of the company

      Cons

      You are micromanaged, not enough leadership, the leader of the company makes inappropriate comments and tends to be unprofessional. Does not "lead" the company, instead micromanages. Every employee is not treated equally. Leader of the company is condescending when he does not agree with an employee's idea/opinion/suggestion. There is absolutely no room to grow in this company. When I started there were 7 employees and when I left there were 4. The company has been a "start-up" since 2008, it should have gotten off the ground by now.
