Pros

Lots of ability to take on high level tasks and projects in early career. There's significant opportunity for advancement within the organization as well. There's frequently the opportunity for domestic and international travel. You'll also broadly gain in soft skills.

Cons

Alexander McCobin is a micromanager, and he's fundamentally disrespectful to employees. Many people were fired with little to no warning. It led to a culture of fear and distrust. There are essentially no benefits, and the annual profit-sharing scheme of 1-2% was never delivered upon.

Pros

You need a job while you search for another job.

Cons

No impact, disorganized, low pay, and weak leadership. Several employees warned me not to work there-but I needed something so I took it.
