Pros
A good place to start your career. You'll get to work with clients of different scales, from startups to giants. 1-1 interaction, and working opportunities with the founder and leads. A smaller team so you can start to take on multiple responsibilities and learnings. Inspiring for initial years in career. The learning curve is much higher than any equivalent startups or corporates.
Cons
A smaller team, so bottleneck culture is prevalent. Teamwork is scarce and the team lacks proper leadership and department hierarchy. An irregular cycle of increment. Smaller team so long hours at work to deliver projects and milestones. Not a very inspiring work environment. This may involve working on alternative Saturdays. Continuous experiments with process and management can be taxing at times.
