Pros

Had a great line manager

Cons

Complete disaster, squeezed all energy from me. Very high KPI, non-achievable targets. No pay increase for 3 years, cut off the year bonus. No life-work balance. HR is very weak. Director sleeps with one of the employee and give her promotions

Study Group Response

It’s encouraging to see that you had a great line manager during your time at Study Group. On the other hand, it’s disappointing to read your other experiences as an employee with us. Our targets are in place to ensure that we perform to our highest potential and keep growing as an organisation, but they shouldn’t impact your well-being. It is our intention to give every employee the opportunity to develop themselves and their career in an enjoyable, fast-paced environment during the time they spend with us. Like every other comment made on Glassdoor, we take this one seriously and, as far as the anonymity of the comments allow us, we investigate the issues raised and take actions where necessary.
