VERY much a "good ole boy" -- who you know and who you "befriend" -- especially if you are a woman.

Pros

My direct coworkers were awesome

Cons

- The CEO has been giving the same recycled speech since the 80s and acts like the company culture is a full‑on cult, and he stands 10 toes down proud about it. If you’re not a follower of his, the VP/executive inner circle, they make sure you feel it. - Bonuses are basically nonexistent. He literally went on a national tour on his private jet, visiting major sites and renting out huge arenas just to lecture us about how many billions the company made… and then a month later everyone got a 0.9% bonus. Not nine — zero point nine. - They care more about growth and squeezing every dollar than the people doing the work. - Hours are brutal. If you leave before 5:30, they call you a “part‑timer,” even if you’ve been there since 5:30 AM. - Weekend work is normal. - Their traveler program is a mess. They treat Project Engineers like travelers but don’t offer relocation stipends like they do for actual travelers. You’re expected to drop everything and go, but they don’t compensate you like the others. - Leadership is way over their heads. They’ll put one person on an entire data center just to save money and keep the growth numbers looking good. - Executive leadership singles people out regularly. - I’ve seen discriminatory behavior and comments that create a really uncomfortable environment. - The whole organization is extremely disorganized from top to bottom.
