They have good benefits and a good retirement system. I met many genuine friends along the way. Fulfilling work.
Cons
There is no room for growth. When you leave, nobody attempts to find out what can be done to keep you. Everyone is replaceable and upper management won't let you forget that. There is a lot of work to do for lower end pay. We have time off but we are not encouraged to use it.
