Thank you for your feedback and for your dedication to Summit Design and Engineering Services over the past several years. We value your insights and appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and areas for improvement.. Regarding health insurance, we’d like to note that we offer two different plans to provide flexibility for our employees. Our plan design has been consistent for over three years, and our core plan remains competitive within the industry based on benchmarking data. Additionally, participants in the core plan benefit from contributions into a Health Savings Account, which we’re proud to offer. On the topic of pay, employees are eligible for salary adjustments at least annually, and we regularly benchmark our salaries to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. While there are no plans to merge with another company, we are always open to feedback that can help us improve and better support our team. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. It’s feedback like this that helps us grow and continue fostering a positive workplace for everyone.

They keep changing their benefit package and making it worse. Healthcare is sorry, PTO was but now they are removing our sick days with little compensation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your commitment to Summit Design and Engineering Services. We value your insights and take them seriously. We’d like to take a moment to clarify some details about our benefits. We offer two different insurance plans, designed to provide flexibility for our employees. Our plan design has remained consistent for over three years, and with the company's contributions to the monthly premiums, our core plan remains competitive within the industry. Additionally, participants in our core plan receive contributions into a Health Savings Account, further enhancing the value of this benefit. Regarding paid time off, we transitioned from separate sick and vacation banks to a comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) system. Employees now earn between 160 and 240 hours of PTO annually, depending on their years of service. This change was made to simplify leave management, allowing employees to decide how to best use their PTO while providing generous time-off allowances. We are committed to offering benefits that support all of our employees, whether they work in the office or the field. We appreciate your perspective as we strive to make Summit a great place to work for everyone.
