    Pros

    Forward thinking. Open to new ways of doing things. Supportive of continuous improvement initiatives. Emphasis on work life balance. Everyone is respectful of meeting times. Treats contractors well. Very little paper used, very digital. Flexible dress code. Competent leaders, competent managers.Opportunities to move internally.

    Cons

    Roles are sometimes not clear, or might not align with the outside role. Jobs get done, but it is sometime unclear what someone actually does.
