Pros
From what I understand, they've been ranked as one of the Best Places to Work for a few years now, and with good reason. The PTO, benefits, flex hours, & 401k plans are the best I've ever seen. They also send employees on a paid vacation to Japan to help them better understand the culture of our parent company. It's a wonderful experience that really gets you invested in the bigger picture of this company. The people are great, and there is a very low turnover because people are generally pretty happy with everything about the place.
Cons
I really can't think of anything that counts as a negative. Purging Compounds may not excite everyone, but Sun Plastech's product is the industry leader and it's hard not to take pride in that distinction. The only potential con is that it's a small company so the room for growth within the organization may be lower than some at some bigger organizations. That being said, the compensation is more than fair and hard work is rewarded.
