Pros

The news staff are a great bunch of people who have held their own over the years and work hard to maintain a good news standard.

Cons

Layoffs and buyouts have reduced the newsroom to a skeleton crew with outsourcing of content taking over the paper. The paper is not what it use to be and it really shows.
