      yearly increase and bonus, a bit heavy workload

      boss is good, as long as you finish the job, timing is flexible, yearly increase and bonus

      Cons

      the workload is a bit heavy, in our department every time someone resigns, there is no replacement and the projects he/she left will be distributed to the remaining staff

      Cons

      Treats you like a slave, and will say that on your face. Exploits by paying less than market rate. Holds salary for few one two months to keep you in leash.
