Never ever ever ever joined this company even if it's your last option.
These people are playing with candidate careers.
Worst hr behaviour I have ever seen, you won't get your final pay(due salary) after seperation.
First of all they don't have projects most of the people are on bench spoiling their on career.
Most of the people here are Unprofessional, they don't even know proper English.
No communication skills. Management is also concern what revenue you are generating, they take double from client and will give you not even half of it.
Most of the clients are leaving from here, very soon the company will be facing bankruptcy.
You can expect you termination the very next day if you are no more revenue generating machine.
I have total 9 years of industry experience but joining this company was the greatest mistake of my life, still regretting

Start your own small business like chai ki tapri(if this company is the only option) but don't join here and make your life hell.
