Pros

Complimentary subscription to perpetual workplace dramas. If you love Taiwanese Melodrama, this is definitely the place for you.

Cons

1. Delusional Beliefs: The leaders will constantly present an idealised image, claiming that the company is among the top emerging fintech firms and highlighting the fierce competition for positions. All these are just their delusional thoughts. 2. Extremely Toxic Culture: Badmouthing among the management team is a norm and they promotes backstabbing culture among teams. 3. Fake reviews / Fake social media followers / Paid rewards: Isn't it a coincident how every positive review seems to follow a negative one? 4. Low salary offer: They will make every effort to undercut your expected compensation. Actively boast about their "generous" bonus, but in reality, it's nothing more than empty rhetoric. 5. Outdated operating systems. Everything is still in Chinese even though they claim that they are a "Global" company 6. Hire and Fire: Bootlicking is a must in this company - something they actively advocate. Once you provide a feedback they dislike, you immediately come under their radar as the next candidate for termination. 7. Costing / Products: They advocate for their collections, but the pricing is exorbitantly high, making it hard to sell to external customers. No improvements were made to their products because they refused to listen to any constructive inputs. 8. Management team: Honestly there's not much to say - but it's just surprising that the CEO / Co-founder continues to retain them despite their evident lack of value or contribution. Experts in stirring dramas and bootlicking but when it comes to actual work done.... nothing good to say about it.

Pros

Find it challenging to identify any pros here.

Cons

- Workplace culture very bad: People will talk behind your back, point fingers everywhere, especially from the management team. - Bad leaders: They don't know anything about the business, full of nonsense. Don't listen to feedback from customers or employees at all. All talks, no actions. Extremely egoistic - Payout and collection costs too expensive, cannot even support service, individual or PSP payments. - Compliance: Very inflexible and very slow. Can't even get things done. Better run away from this company, very bad place.

Cons

If I had to name an area of improvement, internal communication could be more engaging to ensure employees feel involved and informed in the entire process.
