      Knowledgeable team but limited growth opportunities

      Pros

      Knowledge of novelties. Safe practice knowledge of hygiene and cleaning adult toys. Inventory count to sharpen product availability.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership training for success. Inventory issues and inability to resolve timely. No way to move up in company. No overtime.

      Great management and friends, but communication issues exist.

      Pros

      I personally loved working here. Management was great, I made friends with my co-workers, I had fair pay and relative accommodations regarding my location.

      Cons

      One thing that I would say is that communication did turn out to be a bit sparse. Several stores were closed with no notice, leading to unexpected termination.
