Weekly Pay, Over time given, paid lunches and you can receive full benefits immediately.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. No professional structure. No real training given to new employees. The Owner of the company yells directly at you in front of the other employees with no regards and hovers over the room while making rude statements regarding the work.

as a long term veteran of the lighting business (40+ years) I am truly impressed with the quality and unique products offered by Sunshine Lighting. They have exceptional customer service that really tries to satisfy their clients needs and provides an exceptional environment for growth within the company. The MKSLED product line is one of the most reasonably price, high end recessed and track lines available (as a former designer of track lighting , even I am impressed)

Cons

Needs more market exposure, as consumer awareness expands, the quality of the products for the price is more than competitive, but who knows it?
