      -Micro managing -Corporate -Takes advantage of low pay for higher positions if you are offered and don't negotiate higher wage during promotion process. -Work Politics -Favoritism -Subpar Pay, unless negotiated before start. Never count on a raise for hard work. They'll never notice it.
