Cons
Actis which owned major share or still has the ownership has the worse leadership of Anindo Mukherjee as the Global CEO. They did not pay their employees who sacrificed couple of years of their life during the turbulent period to bring the company to progression. Gave pay cuts during Covid 19 with intuition to pay back and in the end after leaving they did not even pay the due salary to several employees. Played games and kept the employees in dark for their own benefit.
