Pros
The actual work was interesting and just challenging enough. Busy but not frantic. Nice co-workers.
Cons
Too much micromanagement. Management spend too much time on minor mistakes than on customer service. At least one of the higher management is a bully and some of the supervisors are so afraid of him they don't stand up for you.
