Pros

Used to be good, if that's a pros. Good pay and good medical benefits. Hard working field people and engineers. If you start your career in oil & gas in this company, get the knowledge and exit the company after 3 years. Build your career elsewhere.

Cons

Horrible management. Fragmented company that still thinks its the 90's. Badly managed, shrinking, penny stock company with no future. Trigger happy for lay off. No vision whatsoever in the energy transition space. I don't know how the former CEO is not in jail for insider trading after he sold his stock two days prior announcing the company is filling for bankruptcy and delisting. Lots of employees lost their ESPP value after working for the company for more than 25 years.
