Expected to know everything without the appropriate training not good pay

I thought they offered really good benefits and there was a lot of flexibility. Middle management was great and always very supportive and wanting to help.
Cons
Leadership was rough. I personally felt like I could never meet expectations and they didn't do a good job communicating things. I didn't feel very supported.
The team is very supportive. and people are always willing to step in and help when things get busy or when someone runs into a tough issue, You end up learning a lot quickly. especially when it comes to problem solving and communicating effectively with customers. If you enjoy figuring things out and helping people, it can be a very rewarding role. Honestly the coworkers are one of the best parts of the Job.
Cons
Some internal processes and documentation could also be clearer. which
would make troubleshooting taster.
