      Some great people in the coal face of development, architecture, account mgmt and the services.

      Cons

      Poorly run strategically, directors have gambled with staffs jobs and not had the decency to fall on their own swords.

      Great benefits and always looking to add more. Room to develop and progress, a lot of really lovely people.

      Cons

      Recently made a lot of redundancies. Lots of great people lost their jobs. The process wasn’t handled very well. Could have been handled a lot better.
