Pros

Decent place to start your career and gain hands-on experience. You get exposure to multiple projects and technologies, which helps in skill development.

Cons

Work-life balance is poor and often ignored, with unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Expected to extend work beyond regular hours, including weekends or during critical phases Availability is sometimes expected outside working hours, even during planned leaves or holidays Management lacks clarity and transparency; decisions feel inconsistent No structured support for continuous learning or employee development initiatives Office infrastructure and workspace quality is really bad Culture feels average, with no focus on employee well-being

Pros

The company works with good clients and the products themselves are strong. Engineers can gain practical experience and learn by working on real problems. Exposure to challenging projects can help improve technical skills if you are proactive about learning.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement in terms of communication and leadership. Salary hikes are generally below industry standards. Many experienced senior employees are leaving, which increases workload on remaining team members. Work pressure is high with tight timelines and unrealistic deadlines. Poor work-life balance — employees are often expected to work after office hours and sometimes on weekends when deadlines approach. Limited work-from-home flexibility (only 1–2 days per month and that too requires management approval). Lack of recognition for good work; employees who perform well often receive more work rather than appreciation. If something goes wrong, the culture sometimes focuses on blame instead of solving the problem. Learning mostly depends on self-learning as there is no structured training or development process. Basic employee perks are limited (for example, no cafeteria or similar facilities).
