      One of few places with functional programming

      Pros

      This is one of the few places that you get to do functional programming with the language F#. You get a cellphone.

      Cons

      DevOps is not really DevOps, its simply an Ops-department. All computers are on site and you have to remote desktop if you want to work from home.

      One company , hundreds of departments with hundreds of groups with no contact with each other, no flow of information and knowledge. Company goal is to make money , no time and focus on improvements suggested by employees. You have to do your best to fit in , you will notice soon if you don´t. No employee benefits during the first six months
