Pros
The benefits are good and most of the entry level workers are willing to help each other. If you work in Solon there are also a large number of activities to take part in after work typically.
Cons
The management does not value its associates highly. I had a supervisor tell me that associates wanting to leave his group was not a concern because we were all replaceable. Associates are also made to move from location to location without compensation for there change in commute (ex. Moving position from Solon to Strongsville). Entry level associates are typically blamed for the incompetence of there supervisors.
