Pros

Great culture, talented and driven people

Cons

Getting too big for its own good. Lost that scrappy mentality.

It’s a facade

Pros

Colleagues are nice, there’s a strong sense of comradeship although it depends on the brand you‘re in. Workload is manageable.

Cons

It looks pretty on the outside but there is a serious problem with their work processes. Everything is hidden under more layers making them lose sight of the actual goal which is to make money. There is no response for crisis management and employees are made to grope in the dark to salvage their own markets. Another serious issue is the HR department. They seem to enjoy creating conflict instead of diffusing it.
