Pros

Well paid. Decent employee resources. Supplies, materials, technology all current and fairly well maintained. Reasonable schedule.

Cons

(For nightshift pharmacy) overwhelming workload. Management unaware of effort required to meet expectations (they refuse to job shadow). 10 hour shifts with only one break of one hour (both evening and night shifts). Often 7+ hours with no break. Management not concerned with the legality of this because they didn’t tell staff they could not take a break sooner, but they certainly did not provide coverage to allow it.

Pros

Only pro is the decent pay, free health insurance, and the 8 hour PTO every two weeks.

Cons

Everything else. Management is terrible, corporate is even worse (they took away one p-position in every clinic so we are understaffed), terrible patients that treat us like objects at the front desk, bad hours, no paid holidays. very clique- culture, coworkers often bully
