Pros

They really care about their employees. People cannot believe all the fun activities we get to do here that the company pays for. The technology is interesting and high volume of traffic makes it rewarding for engineers.

Cons

Its not Facebook and not located in San Francisco. Probably not a bad thing and probably one of the best tech companies you could work at in the San Diego area.

I've worked for the company for the past four years, and have seen it grow from itty-bitty Series B to a full-grown well-established company. Compelling business model, stable future, and most importantly an incredible and open culture that is unmatched for any other company in San Diego, big or small. If you want a taste of what a technology company of the 21st century truly is like, SweetLabs is it.

Cons

More frequent and regular all-hands. Sometimes we get so busy that they fall by the waist-side =)
