      -Free lunch -Hardly OT -Workload is manageable -Charismatic chairman

      -Company is always changing management so company is dis-organised -Does not groom her own employees but focus on hiring mid management -Lack of communication between departments and resulted in bad work -Lack of committed employees to work for the company as seniors join competitors.
