Absolutely nothing but the money.
Cons
Seriously don't do it to yourself. There are too many cons to list - you get flogged and you will love it or they will bully you untill you quit. They currently have a private investigation into employee neglect happening and that explains enough. Steer well clear. They turn and burn green offsiders like it's going our of fashion.
